- Good understanding and experience in designing Appian applications.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations with third-party systems.
- Possesses good knowledge of best practices suggested by Appian for designing solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Appian Group Types, Process Design, Security, and CDT.
- Expert in designing and developing reports using Appian.
- Understanding of rules management and CDT usage in Appian, including their benefits and disadvantages.
- Good knowledge of Agile Scrum and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
- Leadership skills to guide a small team on technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Some experience working at client sites or with client communication is desirable.
